Decent value given the inflated prices of hotels in Baguio. Room showing wear and tear. Carpets in hallways were very dirty.

Value for Money reasonable price and the complementary breakfast they offer a lot of choices from bread, light breakfast to Heavy the room is indeed relaxing it has a relaxing vibe and for the staff kudos to them they will give you utmost service 😇

If you're looking for a place to stay near to the mall and burnham park, you should try here at Holiday Inn Baguio City Centre. Great amenities and the staffs are very friendly and will assist you properly.

Nice hotel, new renovation and big space made us feel comfortable. The rooms are good with full required facilities also full set of toiletry. Room rate included breakfast, foods of breakfast are delicious with many options, you can enjoy foods as you like. The staffs are also friendly and willing to help, we lost a jacket there, when we asked their help, they found that and return to us quickly, really a good service.

In the interest of fairness, I’ll give the good things first: The staff and personnel were friendly and attentive. When we needed assistance they gave their full cooperation. The food was better than average. Unfortunately great service cannot hide the fact that there are serious problems with both the physical plant and the management. We were here for a conference and the contract of service stated that the hotel rooms needed to have three beds for three people. The room only had space for two beds but the management basically said that it could accommodate three people. Which means two people had to share beds. A lot of awkwardness ensued. The bathroom doors for our room did not close properly so we had to find ways to cover the gap that somebody might be able to peep through. There are shower blinds that are kind of creepy. And way too many wooden furnishings were showing signs of water damage. I learned that they only (re-)opened less than two weeks ago replacing the management that operated the Holiday Inn. They should have invested more in repairs and renovations.

Booked 2 connecting rooms and Stayed 4D 3N. 1st night everybody had bed mites and requested for the bedding to be changed the following day. Defective air circulation blower was defective on the other room and just provided a stand fan. A lot of busted lights. They provided a desk lamp on our room. And i discovered that the office chair have a lot of dust. (Photo) This means that the room is not very well maintained that caused us to have itching the whole stay. On our 3rd night children was running back and forth at 10 pm and called the front desk and still they still continued and i called the desk again and demanded for them to go up and stop the 2 annoying family. 😡😡😡

Stayed here in 2018 when it was the Holiday Inn. So booked again for a stay in Oct ‘22. Unfortunately for us our booking and confirmation did not hold as this same hotel had just opened a day before our arrival and was the Ion hotel instead. Through no fault of their own , I think the previous hotel did not endorse future bookings with them which included ours. Having just flown in from an 18 hr long haul journey plus 3 hrs drive up to Baguio…..we had to keep our cool , kept calm and think logically. As tariff was offered at 1/2 price , we took it and stayed 2 nights. The staff did their best to provide the service and I couldn’t blame them for lack of resources. We did not have the cash to pay but they managed to borrow the credit card machine from their sister hotel nearby which got us sorted. It was like sparse and bare in the rooms but comfortable enough. We are regular users of the Holiday inn brand but this experience has left a bad taste in our mouth. I wish well hotel Ion and hope it does flourish to become a Baguio favourite.
